Dr. John Castillo a USC graduate practices General Dentistry with an emphasis on esthetics! His background in Psychology has helped him to excel in treating dental anxiety.
Dr. Castillo offers a wide array of services as simple as fillings & whitening or complex services such as Bridges, Removable Appliances, and same day crowns!
Our friendly staff of Dental Hygienists are trained to recognize and treat periodontal (gum) disease in collaboration with the dentist. If Periodontal Disease is present, it is identified and promptly treated in order to arrest and prevent the disease from entering the body via the blood stream. Dental Hygienist play a very cucial role in establishing and maintaining optimal oral health.

I highly recommend Dr. Castillo for the following reasons: his staff was caring, responsive, and made sure I was comfortable. The office has super cool xray technology so you can view your xrays on a screen with the doc. (blow up shots, rotate, etc) Dr. Castillo made decisions with me for my care instead of pressuring me to perform work that may not have been necessary. I usually seek out a 2nd and sometimes even 3rd opinion with major health care but I truly truly felt he had my best interest in mind. His logic in how to treat my pain made a lot of sense, not jumping to conclusions or prematurely requiring root canal or other work based on assumptions but took the time to investigate to find the true cause of my pain. THANK YOU for excellent service, I will be getting all my dental care done here in the future.

Thank God I found this amazing Dentist. After going in to my regular dentist office for a regular check up I came out off my regular dentist office with an proposal of $2600.00 in dental work and cleaning that they wanted to do. So I was not happy with that so I went ahead and looked for a second opinion and that’s when I found this amazing dentist. Dr. Castillo and his staff took the time to do a thorough examination and after they explained that a couple minor things that he recommended that I need it done and it was no $2600.00 or even close. Thank you Dr. Castillo and your staff for all that you guys do I will recommend you guys to anyone who’s looking for a honest dentist. As for me and my family you guys will have patients for life.

Porcelain Crowns
CEREC CAD CAM technologies offer some appointment fabrication and deliver of crowns, elimination the need for temporary crown. A high tech digital scanner is used instead of a traditional impression.
Velscope
Is an FDA approved device that utilizes autofluorescence directed inside the mouth to detect early signs of oral cancer. Early detection of oral cancers is key to favorable prognosis for treatment. It is now possible to be screened for oral cancer at the dental office during a routine cleaning appointment. The prevalence of oral cancers has drastically increased in the past 20 years, and the leading cause of the human Papilloma virus (HPV), and now early detection is not only possible, but highly recommended.
Orthodontic Alignment
Orthodontic moderate and tooth alignment can be accomplished with a series of aligner trays. The technique is particularly effective for mild to moderate tooth movement, alleviating crowding, closing spaces, rotation crooked teeth, and improving the bite, as well as creating a beautiful smile. Because of recent technological improvements, this orthodontic approach is rapidly gaining in popularity.
